Perfect crispy and healthy air fired okra chips. Add as a side for steamed rice, quinoa ,add to salads, soups or eat as is.
500 gm fresh whole okra
3tbsp Chickpea flour
2tbsp Rice flour
1 tsp cumin coriander powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
salt to taste
Pinch of turmeric
1/2 tsp red chili powder
2 tbsp oil
-Wash and trim the edges of okra and pat dry.
-Cut okra into 6 thin pieces length wise.
-In a large mixing bowl add all the seasoning and okra. Mix well until all the seasonings are well coated to okra.
-Preheat Air fryer 400F once preheat add the okra and turn in between occasionally.
-After 20 mins it turns out golden and crispy. Serve hot.
-If you don’t have air fryer you can pan fry, bake or deep fry.
-Make sure to pat dry okra after washing otherwise it will turn out be soggy.
