Khakhara is a thin wheat crispy flatbread topped with boiled potato, moong and chana sprouts seasoned with chaat masala, green chutney, dates chutney and garnished with cilantro and sev. Perfect crunchy healthy snack recipe.
1 cup of boiled potato cut into small cubes
1 cup boiled moong and chana sprouts
1 small onion finely chopped
1 small tomato deseeded and finely chopped
1 green chili finely chopped
1 cucumber finely chopped
1 carrot grated
1 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon Juice
-In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix together. Set aside
1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped
Dates tamarind chutney
Sev as required
1 Packet Khakra(Store bought)
-Break one Khakhara into pieces and place them on a plate add potato mixture onto Khakhara evenly.
-Add green chutney,dates tamarind chutney and garnish with sev and cilantro.
-Tangy,sweet,crispy,chaat recipe is ready and can be served immediately.
