Mini palak paneer naaniza

Great appetizer and snack. It is prepared using store bought mini naan topped with homemade palak paneer and cheese. It is simple and easy to put together.

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach(palak)
6-7 cashews
1/4 cup basil leaves
3-4 green chilies
1/4 parmesan cheese
salt to taste
-Blend all the ingredients together and set aside

Topping:
1/4 cup paneer -cut into small bite size pieces
1 shallot finely chopped
1 tsp paneer masala
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1tsp butter

Cheese as required on naaniza

Procedure:
-Heat a pan with butter and fry all the topping ingredients for few mins. Then add the spinach puree and fry for 3-4mins.
-Transfer palak paneer into a bowl and set aside.
-Take a naan and spread 1-2tbsp of palak paneer curry evenly sprinkle a teaspoon of cheese and place in oven or air fryer at 400F for 2 mins until cheese melts.
-Cut naaniza into half and serve hot.

Notes:
-You can use tofu instead of paneer and follow the same recipe.
-You can use dairy free cheese instead of Mozzarella cheese.
