What happens to the whey water when the milk curdles? Does it get absorbed?

    1. The point of adding vinegar slowly is that the milk doesn’t curdle and separate. The milk should not sepeate and curdle. This way the grains are formed slowly and keep accumulating and getting larger. Keep strring constantly while adding vinegar and also throughout the process so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
