Amla curry leaf juice

Amla (India goose berry) and curry leaves juice has numerous health benefits.Rich in vitamin C and Iron.

Ingredients:
2 Amla (Wash and cut into small pieces and discard the seed)
handful of fresh curry leaves
Small piece of fresh ginger
1/2 tsp honey(optional)
1 cup filtered water

Procedure:
-Place all the ingredients into a blender along with 1cup of water.Strain to remove the pulp and consume.

Notes:
If you’re living outside India all the ingredient are available in Indian Grocery Stores.
