Green beans curry is prepared with steamed beans cooked in chickpea flour and seasoned with Indian spices.Perfect side for steamed rice or cooked quinoa or roti.

750 g long green beans(Wash and pat dry cut the edges.Finely chopped and steam set aside.)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
pinch of turmeric
1/4 cup of chickpea flour
few curry leaves
salt to taste
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp channa dal
1 dry red chili
-Heat a skillet on medium high heat add oil and seasoning allow them to fry until golden brown.
-Add ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric,red chili powder,curry leaves,chickpea flour and fry for couple of mins.
-Add steamed beans mix thoroughly until the beans are coated evenly with the spices.
-Fry for 3-4 mins check the seasoning and transfer the curry into a serving bowl.
-Serve hot with steamed rice or quinoa or roti along with some sambar or rasam to make it a meal.
