Baked sweet potato wedges seasoned with Indian spices perfect guilt free evening snack and serve it with avocado yogurt dip.

For Avocado yogurt dip Ingredients:
1 Medium size ripe avocado
1tsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove finely shredded
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
pinch of salt
few drops of water
-Blend everything together into a smooth paste. Transfer into a serving bowl and set aside.
For Sweet potato wedges:
3 Medium organic sweet potato(wash, peel and cut them into a thick wedge shape.)
2tsp curry powder
1tsp chaat masala
1/2tsp red chili powder
-In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix well until sweet potatoes are evenly coated with the spices.
-Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Line all the sweet potato wedges leaving enough space in between.
-Preheat oven to 375(F) and bake it for 20-25mins. Turn them to the other side half way through baking until golden brown & crispy.Serve hot with the avocado yogurt dip.
