salt to taste
2 tsp chickpea flour
1 tomato finely chopped or 1/2 cup steamed bottle gourd roughly chopped

Procedure:
-In a sauce pan add all the ingredients ,whisk everything togetherĀ  and place it on the stove on medium heat and bring it to a boil.

-Simmer to low and allow to boil for few minutes.
-On the other side heat a small pan on medium to low heat add all the seasoning ingredients.Allow them to splutter and fry until slightly golden brown.

-Add the seasoning to the yogurt stew.Switch off the flame and serve hot with steamed rice and curry of your choice.

Notes:
-Adding chickpea flour at the beginning of the stew helps the yogurt from not curdling due to heat.
