Buckwheat Savory Crepe

Buckwheat savory pancake is made with the combination of buckwheat flour and rice flour along with cumin seeds, finely chopped onions and  green chili. They gluten free and very filling . Its a huge winner in our home and can’t wait to try some more recipes.

Prep time:5mins
cook time: 5-8mins

Ingredients:
1cup buckwheat flour

1/2cup rice flour
salt to taste
Oil
1/4cup butter milk
1tsp Cumin seeds
1medium size onion finely chopped
1tsp finely chopped ginger
1tsp finely chopped green chili
1tbsp freshly chopped cilantro(optional)
water

Procedure:
1)In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except oil by adding water  little by little until you batter reaches into a pourable consistency.


2)Heat a pan with few drop of oil and when hot with a help of ladle pour the batter and spread it evenly.


3)When the crepe turns golden brown turn it onto the other side and cook it for few minutes or until done.

4)Serve hot with Sambar or chutney or potato masala.
