Spinach Avocado smoothie

Wishing  my readers a wonderful and a healthy new year 2017!!Kick start this new year with a healthy breakfast smoothie.

prep time: 5 mins
Serves 2

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Organic spinach
1 Medium size ripe avocado
1 Banana
1 tsp ground flax seed or Chia seeds
2 tsp Hemp protein Powder
1 cup orange juice or any juice or your choice or water
1/2 cup coconut water (optional)

Procedure:
Blend all the ingredients together into a smoothie and transfer the smoothie into a glass and enjoy .
