Tandori cauliflower

Cauliflower is marinated in yogurt,chickpea flour and a blend of Indian Spices.It can be served with a green chutney and sliced onions.

Preparation time 10 mins
Marination time: 20 mins
cook time 30 mins

Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower(cut into bite size florets)
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tbsp store bought tandoori masala
1tsp shredded ginger
1tsp chopped green chilies(optional)
2 tbsp cilantro(optional) for garnish
2 tbsp chickpea flour
salt to taste

Procedure :

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients ,mix well and allow it to marinate for 20 mins.IMG_2538
  2. Preheat the oven to 425(F) and on a baking tray lay a foil,spray oil ,place the florets and allow them to bake until they turn golden brown.
  3. Make sure you turn them on both sides half way through the baking to get even color.
  4. Serve hot with a green chutney or eat as is with a slices of onion& lemon wedge.IMG_2542
