Mint Raita

Serve this chilled yogurt with warm rice varieties,flatbread(paratha) as a side dish.

Time 5 mins

Makes 4-5 servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup Mint leaves finely chopped

1 small onion minced

1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped

2 cups yogurt

salt to taste


Procedure

  • Whisk yogurt with few drops of water to that add onion,mint,cilantro and salt to taste.Cover it with a plastic wrap and set a side in the fridge.
